WE RISE is a daily guided meditation sādhanā, or devoted spiritual practice, with a group of dedicated practitioners from around the world. We have been gathering via Zoom since the summer of 2020, and we have grown together as individuals, and collectively.
Continuing on the path of Vishoka Meditation®, in this round of WE RISE we come 'home' to Stage One, which aims at healing disturbances in our nervous system and pranic field to foster a steady, deeply abiding clarity of heart and mind.
Vishoka Meditation® is a gift of the Himalayan Tradition, made accessible to this generation through the writing, teaching, and loving guidance of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, known affectionately as Panditji. I am honored to be among the few certified Vishoka Meditation® teachers in the world, and I consider it a great pleasure and responsibility to share this transformative practice with you.
